Mukanshin Yamiyo's Ressurecion & More

The abilities at the top, labeled "Passives" are not part of his Ressurecion. Instead, they are active with, or without his Ressurecion state. They are listed here, since his Ressurecion depends on these passives.

Passives
===============
Dimensional Shift - Mukanshin's movements are eerily strange. As he walks and moves it's as if there are ghostly shadows of himself phasing back and forth, shifting a few inches in varying directions around him. It's almost like his previous, and future, and possible, movements are echoing all at the same time, as if he's phasing through multiple dimensions at once. This makes his movements and reiatsu incredibly difficult to read. It only echos around him a few inches, to possibly two-feet, but no more.

Dimensional Flux - A side-effect of his Dimensional Shift coming into contact with his garganta, or any dimensional travel device. This ability is more of a determent, than an enhancement. His Dimensional Shift will cause him to end up at a random location when using his, or anyone's garganta, or any other means of dimensional transport. (Attempt to go to HM, end up in SS. Attempt to go to Earth, end up in HM, or even loop back to a different area in the same location I left from. Leave from the ashen wastes of HM, trying to go to Earth, end up in Las Noches. Etc, etc, etc) Unless he is in physical contact with someone who is also going through simultaneously as him.

Vasto Lorde Cloak - This is his skin--what he was during his Vasto Lorde stage. During the transformation, he rips it off, revealing his Arrancar-self. The then throws it on, using the wings to tie it over himself at the collar. The hood is the neck and head of his former self, complete with chipped smile-mask, and dark, neon purple eyes. Both the smile mask and the eyes are on the top of the hood, which he keeps pulled down, hiding his humanoid face. While wearing this cloak, it covers him entirely, all that can be seen is his mouth and chin under the hood and his ankles and feet beneath the bottom of it. His body and hands are under the cloak, and should he draw his Zanpakuto, the tip of the Zanpakuto can be seen dipping below the bottom of the cloak. (this cloak is not sewn-shut. If he attacks, it will open and move like any other cloak--basically a hollow-leather cloak--and when stationary, it will come to rest over him again, covering him completely) As is the nature of this cloak, it masks his reiatsu as that of a Vasto Lorde. However, this reiatsu cannot be suppressed, it will always give off the complete aura of a Vasto Lorde. Simply, while worn, he is sensed only as a Vasto Lorde, not an Arrancar. This cloak also has the toughness and High-Speed Regeneration of his Vasto Lorde form. (rank 3 high-speed at the time of transformation to Arrancar) Removing this cloak has an effect akin to Kenpachi Zaraki removing his eyepatch: it releases his full power to be used as needed. Until removing this cloak, he is somewhat weakened, but still a lethal threat.

Ressurecion
=======================
Upon casting-off his Vasto Lorde Cloak, Mukanshin can call-out "Awaken, Exile!" to activate his Ressurecion. (he is not REQUIRED to activate his Ressurecion AT THE TIME of casting-off his Vasto Lorde Cloak, but may ONLY activate his Ressurecion ONCE his cloak is removed, even if it was at another time completely) Immediately after calling-out to activate his Ressurection, the jet-black Vasto Lorde Cloak shoots toward his Zanpakuto at insane speed (unpreventable) and wraps its way around the blade, solidifying as it does, turning his blade jet-black and enhancing its destructive power and speed greatly. As the cloak slams into the guard of his Zanpakuto, it transforms the guard into an inverted pentagram, and, in an explosion, it releases a powerful blast of his dark purple cero-reiatsu over him like a massive flare. (this cero-flare is described in detail below) He is then completely engulfed in never-ending flames of cero-reiatsu--blackish, dark purple-highlighted flames. These cero-flames dance with shadow amongst them and are hellish, otherworldly flames. With these flames, heat of any temperature has no effect on him. If put out by ice, or water, these flames will re-ignite immediately, unless the extinguishing agent is highly-powerful. If this is the case, it will take a few turns for them to build back up and re-ignite. As the cero-flames engulf his body, miniature horns sprout from the sides of his head, just outside of his forehead, resembling the full-sized ones he once owned.

Passive Gain - Agility +3, Reaction time +3, High-Speed Regeneration +3, Cero/Bala +3, Sword Power +5, Sword Speed +3, Sword Skill +3

Enhanced Dimensional Shift - His Dimensional Shift passive still persists during his Ressurecion, becoming more profound. Dimensional Shift will echo all his possible movements and past movements as he considers/completes them. Every echo is indistinguishable from him. Since, they are him, just every possibility he has considered playing out in different dimensions. Simply, his Ressurecion removes any distance limit from Dimensional Shift. However, any physical contact with these echos is impossible. It will act as if a projected image passes over you.

Cero-Flames - These shadowy flames of blackish, dark purple-highlighted cero reiatsu make him immune to heat of any temperature--any hot medium: water, lava, fire, or simply hot air, etc, has no effect on him. Also, any entity or attack coming in contact with these flames will cause an outward explosion, as if said entity/attack was struck with a powerful, explosive cero. These flames only engulf his body initially, but taking a turn to RP it, he can extend these flames to also include his jet-black Zanpakuto. If put out by ice, or water, these flames will re-ignite immediately, unless the extinguishing agent is highly-powerful. If this is the case, it will take a few turns for them to build back up and re-ignite. (the %s for ice/water attacks are the same as listed below, modified in favor of the ice/water by 10%) Attacks involving heat (fire, lava, extreme heat, etc) will have no effect on the flames, and will not cause any explosion. (Unless the opponent is at least 3x stronger than Mukanshin. If so, Ultimate attacks will extinguish the flames like an Ultimate ice/water attack, however the extinguishing attack will deal no damage) Ultimate attacks of those weaker than him will blast through the flames, unless they are 51% or more weaker than him. If this is the case, no attack will make it through. Powerful attacks from those 30% stronger than him will blast through the flames. Regular attacks from those 100% (2x as powerful as him) and higher will blast through the flames. (NOTE: This means they will make it through the resulting explosion to deal their damage. If someone 100% or stronger than him were to use a regular attack (sword slash, punch, weak hado/kido), they would still get hit by a powerful blast of explosive cero as their attack cut through the flames)

Dimensional Gate - In this powerful form, his Sonido interacts with his Dimensional Shift passive, causing him to temporarily disappear from this dimension and reappear at his destination. This act leaves his flames at his former location, which burn out a split-second before he reappears. As he reappears, the flames around him re-ignite instantly. The distance of Dimensional Gate is limited by his Sonido distance.

Hell Cero - Pointing his Zanpakuto toward his target, Mukanshin forces all of his cero-flames down the blade, toward the tip. These flames charge his Hell Cero attack for a turn. (must allow any opponents to RP before it's fired) Once charged, he unleashes an immensely powerful, unbelievably destructive, explosive cero in the direction his sword is pointing. This cero also carries with it unbelievable heat. This may not be used in rapid succession. Only one shot per flame recharge. Over the next couple turns, his flames will slowly appear again, unless he spends an entire turn focusing his reiatsu. If he does, immediately after this turn, they will reappear. (reappear at the end of the opponent's RP) As this cero explodes outward from the tip of his sword, it shifts from a small, super-dense point, crackling with energy, to an extremely large beam, which moves at incredible speed.

Approved, but remove Cero Legion. Add a limit to that teleport thingy too (Dimensional Gate).
