Your objectives this wipe : Establish a healthy Soul Society, with decent to strong Shinigamis, and keeping the balance in souls in order. Purify hollows and ensure the Quincy doesn't "destroy" too many hollows.

Week 1 : Point out a few captains. Train Shinigamis and possible teach someone shikai. Pick out my right hand.

Week 2 : Send Shinigamis to Earth for patrolling for hollows and such.

Week 3 : Continue training Shinigamis.

Week 4 : Highly depends on the current events and other races, but mainly trying to stay passive while purifying hollows, whom comes to Earth.

Final Week : Most likely war with whoever wishes it, as someone always tries that for whatever reason they might have. If not, simply continuing training shinigamis, teaching Shikai(s) and possible Bankai(s) at this point.
